Connecting dots to see draw the big picture

from challenge to policy
from idea to execution
from opportunity to impact

What we do

  • Tackling old problems with new, holistic approaches. Utilizing a creative yet feet-on-the-ground process where innovative ideas and solutions are generated to address issues and challenges of all shapes and sizes.

  • Supporting organizations to make high-level decisions that shape their direction. Analyzing and evaluating structures and models, mapping landscapes, connecting dots, raising red flags and instigating aha moments leading to tangible results.

  • Creating and strengthening organizations’ identities through design systems in order to tell a compelling story and add value. (Marketing, branding and communication included.)

  • Generating novel ideas to tackle old problems and fostering environments where innovation and creativity not only can survive but thrive, adding value to organizations and communities. In other words, integrating innovation and creativity across the board.

  • Leveraging technology to gather, analyze, and utilize data. From AI tools to BI models, we got you covered.

  • Helping organizations evolve, achieve their objectives, and adapt to ever-changing conditions. Identifying opportunities, implementing change initiatives, managing transition when needed, crossing bridges, and bridging gaps.

  • Advising on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, developing sustainability strategies, and implementing governance frameworks that work.

Who we are

We are hands-on practitioners with a strong academic background, effective policymakers with business savvy, entrepreneurs with a passion for social good, and realists with creative minds. Above all, we are driven.

During his tenure, he secured over €400 million to launch innovative initiatives, including the revival of crafts, cultural prescription programs, and the legal recognition of artists' status. Prior to this role, he served as the General Secretary for Contemporary Culture from 2019 to 2021.

His career spans over two decades across various sectors and countries. He has held senior positions at prominent organizations such as Microsoft, Harvard University, and the RTL Group. From January 2017 to July 2019, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. • Because we experiment, we conduct research, we test, we risk, and, above all, we act. We don’t strategize in a theoretical vacuum or within the safe framework of a think-tank; we walk the talk and do the work from A to Z, from ideation to implementation.

  • We provide consulting services in the fields of policy ideation and strategy, innovation and creativity integration, institutional transformation, growth and product design, holistic communication and branding strategy.

We design solutions that leverage technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We develop sustainability plans, and corporate and social governance (ESG) strategies.

  • Policy Lab is founded and managed by people with a long experience in academia, business, and politics, being able to identify pain points and remedies, gaps, and opportunities across the board. We speak the languages of both the private and the public sector. We are results-oriented, something we are not afraid to include in our business model. We know that each case is different and we have the methodology, tools, and know-how to focus where it matters. We are agents of change, positive change.
